Kairos Legacy Partners is the voice of legacy serving Christ’s Kingdom by safeguarding church properties, re-deploying declining church assets, and empowering benevolence for faithful Kingdom servants.
“Kairos” is a Greek word meaning, “a unique moment in time” and is used in scripture with reference to the timely appearance of Christ in human flesh. It is the word we chose to describe our ministry, because we believe churches and Kingdom servants in America are experiencing a unique moment in time.
We believe that Kingdom resources are routinely lost or squandered when declining churches lack vision and viable solutions. We also believe that Kingdom servants have historically been under-appreciated and under-compensated, leaving some financially vulnerable if faced with a health or financial crisis.
Because these problems will not solve themselves, Kairos Legacy Partners has formed three initiatives:
We safeguard church properties against decline, internal-coup or external takeover. Partnering with current church leaders, we place their property in trust, memorializing their legacy decisions for the future distribution of church assets to specific ministry beneficiaries.
We cast a vision for the Kingdom stewardship of declining churches. Partnering with church leaders, we evaluate the future of their church and, when appropriate, oversee the legacy process of re-deploying church assets in support of other Kingdom impacting ministries.
How We Are Organized
Kairos Legacy Partners was founded in 2010 as a California religious non-profit corporation and is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) entity.
We are a member of the Provision Ministry Group headquartered in Irvine, California.
Most importantly, we are an expanding network of experienced Christian leaders committed to spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ, supporting the work of His Church, and honoring those who have faithfully served in vocational ministry.
